Business Development Manager
This role will be responsible for driving new client acquisitions. The responsibilities of Business Development Manager will be as follows:
- Generate new business deals for Kalzoom – Responsible for the complete sales process – from lead generation to contract finalisation
- Research on prospective clients, decision makers, business landscape
- Research client and company background through websites and social-networking sites.
- Connect with prospects via phone, email and social media, and build strong funnel of qualified leads
- Set up appointments with potential clients to explore business opportunities
- Articulate clearly and succinctly the Kalzoom value proposition in client meetings
- Communicate with various internal stakeholders on the next steps to address qualified leads
- Work closely with the CEO to close contracts both in India and USA
In addition to the above, the Business Development Manager will also
- Develop and maintain competitive knowledge on service offerings, industries and products to leverage in lead generation and research
- Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (cold calls, emails, leads, proposals, deal progress)
- Engage and build a strong customer relation by engaging in meaningful dialogue at multiple levels within the client organisation
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 5 years work experience in Digital Marketing Agency is preferable Min 1 year experience in client facing sales experience in any industry in a must have
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Inspiring communicator and highly capable to influence
- Go getter attitude
