Abstract

E-commerce is very competitive and the cost of customer acquisition is extremely high. For new brands, it is imperative to build a group of initial customers who are willing to experience the brand and also refer the brand to their network. WeChimini is an e-commerce platform set up by GTT Foundation to help their women beneficiaries to grow their individual small businesses by providing opportunities for scale. Kalzoom worked with WeChimini to build advocacy for the cause and create a base of initial customers with shared values.
